Our Board of Supervisors has committed to saving the hospital in the most economically sustainable way. The Board has hired a team of experts specializing in saving at-risk hospitals and has already made an astronomical investment. The Board is committed to the health and safety of this community.
Locally controlled hospitals offer numerous benefits to the communities they service by being deeply rooted in the area and providing personalized and culturally sensitive care tailored to the needs of residents. Additionally, a local hospital contributes to the local economy by creating jobs, supporting businesses, and attracting healthcare professionals. Overall, locally controlled hospitals are vital in enhancing the community health outcomes and quality of life.
