The Victim Services Division of the San Benito County District Attorney’s Office strives to make the criminal justice system caring and accessible for those impacted by egregious crime.   We do this by providing advocacy, criminal justice participation, education and information, compensation, including restitution and post-conviction services.  Our services are evidence-based, victim-centered and trauma-informed.
