The SBCCP addresses the regulatory requirements of both the federal Endangered Species Act and the California state Natural Community Conservation Planning Act. As a part of this process, a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis and a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) will be required. The NEPA/CEQA analyses will not start until the draft SBCCP is completed. At that point, those documents will be made available here.
