Committee Responsibilities and Duties 

The Integrated Waste Management Regional Agency Local Task Force Meetings is conducted quarterly so as to achieve (1) developing agendas, goals, policies, and methodologies in accordance with the Joint Powers Integrated Waste Management Agreement and the San Benito County Cost Sharing Agreement, (2) guidance in the development of the Countywide effort to reduce the amount of solid waste disposed in permitted disposal facilities, and (3) to open for comments and recommendations on waste and disposal reduction programs.
