To best serve the public, the Planning Division requests that applicants contact a planner prior to submittal of any project application packets. This pre-application conversation ensures your project is processed smoothly and efficiently.
Once submitted, the project will be assigned to a planner to review the project, offer feedback, and provide assistance. The designated project planner is tasked with guiding applicants through the process and providing effective, responsive public service.
Planning Application Fees are determined at time of submittal. Project fees are based on the actual project and on fees assessed by and collected for other County departments at time of application. Payment may be made by credit card or checks made out for the exact fee amount assessed for the project.
