The San Benito County Probation Department provides services to the courts of San Benito County, California. Its Probation Officers oversee both adult and juvenile offenders who have been granted probation.
The department offers a range of services including recommending sanctions to the court, enforcing court orders, aiding victims, and offering corrective support to those in conflict with the law. Collaborating with law enforcement, educational institutions, community organizations, and local citizens, the department fosters partnerships aimed at public safety, offender rehabilitation, and upholding the rights of victims.
Additionally, the department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the San Benito County Youth Services Center, previously known as the San Benito County Juvenile Hall.
