Restitution

The District Attorney's Office assists victims in obtaining court ordered restitution owed by criminal offenders.  For unsupervised misdemeanor cases, the District Attorney's Office collects the court ordered restitution from the defendant and pays the amounts recovered to the victim.  Additionally, the District Attorney's Office can also assist victims in obtaining a civil judgment for the amount of court ordered restitution.  For questions related to obtaining such orders please contact:
