Integrated Plan FY2026.27 - FY2028.29

In March 2024, California voted for Proposition 1 to enact the Behavioral Health Services Act to supersede the Mental Health Services Act, 2004. Under BHSA Guidance from the DHCS (Department of Healthcare Services), all CA Counties have written new Integrated Plans (IP) for Behavioral Health to meet the mandates of Proposition 1, commencing July 1, 2026.

Below is the DHCS Approved Draft of the San Benito County BHSA Integrated Plan that is currently awaiting review and approval by the San Benito County Board of Supervisors before being submitted to the State as the Final Certified version by the end of June 2026.
